In Captain America #202, the Falcon and his long-time girlfriend Leila Taylor were mind-wiped and brainwashed. They joined the Night People using new names: "Brother Superhero" and "Sister Sweet." Their mental condition (and membership in the Night People) was only a temporary condition. The "Sister Sweet" who appears in Captain America #418 is a different character.
