Will Quigley was the editor of a small-town newspaper in Sayville, Maryland. When Steve Rogers (Captain America) was searching for his "true identity," he briefly came to believe that he was from Sayville, Maryland. Will Quigley, the editor of the newspaper there, claimed to have known a certain Walter and Elizabeth Rogers, who were the parents of two sons, Mike and Steve Rogers. They were all now deceased or (in Steve's case), missing in action and presumed dead. Steve Rogers temporarily believed that this was his real family, and that he was the "missing" Steve Rogers. These beliefs and records that led Captain America to believe this theory were later shown to be false.
