Weissier had information which eventually helped the super-hero Falcon track down the location of his friend, SHIELD agent Sharon Carter. Talking to Weissier was apparently a step the Falcon took near the beginning of his investigation. The Falcon's encounter with Weissier took place "off-panel," before the events of Captain America (vol. 1) #152 began, but were recounted by the Falcon to Captain America while they were on their way to the hideout where Mister Hyde and Scorpion were holding Sharon Carter.

While swinging across New York City rooftops, Captain America asks the Falcon to elaborate on the latest point in his narrative (panel 1, page 13). Cap says: "...a fence, Sam?"

The Falcon clarifies: "Actually, a part-time pawnbroker... fella by the name of Weissier. He told me about the truck--and its strange cargo--"

Captain America then says: "-and YOU just took it from there. Mr. Wilson, how MUCH would you say that makes me owe you, to date?"

The "truck" they are referring to is the truck that we see the Falcon and Redwing intercepting in the first 4 pages of this issue, a truck which was intended to deliver chemicals to Mister Hyde.
