Bubbles O'Day (a professional ecdysiast) was a member of the shadowy group known only as "The Conspiracy."

A suitor who was infatuated with Bubbles O'Day gave her a fragment of the powerful object known as the Bloodgem. With the gem, O'Day was able to manipulate people's minds.

Unfortunately for her, Ms. O'Day and other members of the Conspiracy were destroyed when they sucked in a crystalline creature created by the Hellfire Helix (which powered the gem).

Altough O'Day can be considered a "behind-the-scenes" character in Rampaging Hulk (vol. 1) #s 1 through 6, she was not actually seen until issue #4. She died in issue #8.

O'Day's dead body was later seen in a flashback in Captain America (vol. 1) #358.

"Bubbles" was not Ms. O'Day's birth name. This was a stage name she used as an exotic dancer.
