"Joltin'" Jerry Washington was once the boyfriend of Regina Clayborne.

Washington resorted to rather unsavory means to make a living. (Perhaps this had something to do with why he and Regina broke up.) Washington worked with drug dealers.

Washington discovered the Stranger's Null-Lie Bomb. He planned to sell it to make an extra buck, despite the inherent danger of the device, and the fact that selling it was probably illegal and certainly dangerous. This plan didn't go well for him. The bomb consumed Jerry Washington, killing him.
