Troga's name was identified in panel 5 on page 5 in Captain America Annual #3. The warship commander asked: "What have you to report, Troga? Has the Stalker done its work?"

Troga responded: "Like the other two we sent, it was waylaid, sire! I-it failed! I-I tracked the Stalker's progess, Sire! I-it entered the Captive's ship to seize him-- but instead encountered two Earthmen who killed the Stalker!"

The bearded warship commander, whose name was never identified, said: "But this is insane! We have the Captive cornered on this planet -- yet we cannot lay our hands upon him!"
