The letters page in Daredevil (vol. 1) #121 was replaced with part 2 of Hydra File, a history of HYDRA, written by Tony Isabella. In this text history of HYRDRA in this issue, it is said that "The Fox" is in charge of HYDRA administration. This character (distinct from the old Spider-Man/Human Torch foe) has apparently never actually portrayed in a comic book story.
