Peter "Hogman" Grunter sold drugs (specifically the dangerous, highly addictive drug Angel Dust) to kids. One girl he sold drugs to, Mary Elizabeth O'Koren died when she threw herself out a window.
Daredevil witnessed Mary Elizabeth die, and he embarked on a quest to track down who had sold her drugs. The Punisher and Mary Elizabeth were also intent on tracking down the drug dealer, who ended up being Grunter.
Hogman died, at the end of this two-issue story arc, a not-surprising end for a criminal who the Punisher had set his sights on.
