Roger Boudreau and Antonio Puyol had worked for a long time as non-military employees engaged in "logistical support" for the Triskelion, the New York City-based headquarters of the Ultimates super-hero team. Essentially, they were delivery men who helped bring supplied into the Ultimates headquarters.

Due to the access they had to the building, the shape-shifting alien invaders known as the Chitauri killed Boudreau and Puyol and assimilated them, impersonating them. The Chitauri then killed two other employees who were currently assigned to bring deliveries into the Triskelion, so that Boudreau and Puyol would be assigned to take their place.

The Chitauri agents disguised as Boudreau and Puyol then did a suicide mission in which they died setting off explosives that caused massive damage to the Triskelion.

The attack killed 13 SHIELD contractors and 3 soldiers.
