"Mr. Chambers" may be a pseudonym and may not be this character's actual name. Note that "Mr. Chambers" works closely with "Miss Locke" (an Asian woman whose real name is almost certainly not "Locke"). Their names "Chamber" and "Locke" refer to implements of confinement, a comment on their function in Arcade's assassination organization. Among the tasks that Miss Locke and Mr. Chambers perform for Arcade are capture and confinement of intended assassination victims.

Mr. Chambers speaks with a Scottish accent.
