Theo, the adoptive son of Elektra's guardian Stavros, once tried to kill Stavros's employer, Ambassador Hugo Natchios (Elektra's father). Stavros stopped Theo before he could commit this violent crime. It was Stavros who spared Theo from being put to death or severely punished for this attempted assassination. Due to young Elektra's urging, Stavros, in fact, took the would-be assassin Theo on as his assistant, and eventually as his adoptive son.
