The Street Angels were a group of young vigilantes who wanted to make the streets of their community safer. They worked outside the law, but their heart was in the right place. The group was organized by Nestor Rodriguez, who would later become the super-hero known as "Eleggua," a member of the Santerians.
After Nestor's father, Hector Rodriguez, died, he disbanded the Street Angels.
