Sophisticated (but certainly non-sentient) robots who appeared to be little girls were used as part of an elaborate death trap sprung on Daredevil, created by Elizabeth Dawes Sterling and triggered after her death. Ms. Sterling blamed Daredevil for the death of her son Phillip, who was the villain Death-Stalker.

A little girl in desperate need lured Daredevil into the mansion that was Elizabeth Sterling's death trap. The little girl exploded when Daredevil approached it, revealing itself to be a robot.

Other similar-looking robots were part of an extended part of Mrs. Sterling's revenge plot. Numerous other little girl robots pursued Daredevil later, after he escaped the death trap which was the Sterling mansion.

All of the Sterling robots deployed as part of this death trap were little blond-haired girls.
