Bisento was a member of the villainous group known as the Snakeroot, which was a Ninja religious sect which split off from the Hand.
Bisento opposed Snakeroot's plans for the "About Face" program. This put him into conflict with some of his fellow members of Snakeroot. Due to his opposition to Snakeroot's plans, Bisento teamed up with heroes Daredevil and Siege, who were trying to thwart Snakeroot's evil plot.
As shown in Daredevil (vol. 1) #323, Bisento was ultimately killed by Stone (a member of the Chaste, a righteous Ninja group which opposed the evil Snakeroot group).
