Daredevil asked them to promise that if they or anybody they knew saw Mister Hyde, they would call the law firm of Sharpe, Nelson and Murdock.

Later, in Daredevil (vol. 1) #357, Mister Hyde was free after having been successfully defended in court by Matt Murdock. Hyde was again looking for trouble and again started to attack Gwen and Artie. Daredevil jumped between Hyde and the couple and told them he's watching him. Hyde growled and turned away, as Daredevil defeated the villain with a well-placed karate chop.
