Vincent Grazia was a man who lived in the New York City area and worked at Osborn Industries. He worked as an assistant to Mark Raxton (who is also known as Molten Man).
Before working as Raxton's assistant, "Vin" (as his friends called him) had been a criminal. After serving time in prison, he turned his life around and was now trying to work in an honest profession.
Vin's past as an ex-con gave him something in common with his boss. Raxton was also an ex-con.
Vincent was manipulated by the longtime Daredevil foe Mr. Fear (Larry Cranston) in one of the villain's many schemes against the heroic Daredevil.
