Senator Bill Bohannon, a candidate for U.S. President, was possessed by Catherine, a witch-turned-demon. The demon possession of Senator Bohannon was exorcised by Gabriel the Devil-Hunter.
Senator Bohannon was widely considered an almost sure-win in the election. Catherine possessed him because she wanted to control the United States. But after Gabriel exorcised Catherine from him, the Senator apparently dropped out of the race.
