In Painkiller Jane (vol. 1) #0, Reynaldo Blanco called one of the thugs who works for him to have him follow Maureen Fernandez as she rushed to the hospital to be with her injured husband, breaking out of her undercover role as a druggie girlfriend of the drug lord.

Reynaldo Blanco (on phone): "TOO Crazy. Hector? Ginger's gonna come runnin' out in a second. Follow her."

Later (as seen on the next page), Hector reported back to Reynaldo. We see Reynaldo Blanco on the phone, saying to Hector: "...ran straight to the hospital where the shot cop was? Think she's a cop, too? Yeah, sounds right. Thanks."

When Reynaldo said "Think she's a cop, too?", he was replying to Hector telling him that he thinks the other "druggie girlfriend" was a cop as well. This, of course, refers to Jane Vasko. Hector was right. Both Maureen (whom he surreptitiously followed to the hospital) and Jane were undercover cops working on behalf of DEA agents to infiltrate the Blanco Brothers narcotics production and distribution organization.
