Weex is the name of a person in the post-apocalyptic future Yarn Man went to when he travelled through time.
In Megaton Man #3 (Apr. 1985), in panel 5 on page 29, Yarn Man approaches a group of surving humans led by Brand Brace. An unidentified woman is on top of a parked flying craft, speaking into the hatch. She says to a man in shadow, "Ootah! What the heck is that"Weex?"
The man, looking at Yarn Man approaching, answers: "Some sort of radioactive mutation!"
The woman on top of the flying craft then shouts into the hatch: "Weex!"
Then Brand Brace shoots Yarn Man, unaware that Yarn Man is not a threat but is actually a friend of some of the people from his group.
In panel 3 on page 30, the group is in the flying craft, fleeing dangerous enemies. Somebody in the craft (possibly Brand) says: "Weex! We're cuttin' it really close!"
