The man Emma Frost thought of as "Sicko" was not actually named "Sicko." His actual name was not revealed. After the man spiked Christian Frost's drink using a powerful drug, he brought Christian outside. He clearly had horrible, evil intentions toward Christian Frost.
But he had bumped into Emma Frost earlier. Emma's burgeoning telepathic powers allowed her to glimpse into the man's mind, and she saw an image of her brother's head on a plate with his skull cut open and his brain exposed. This is when she thought of the man as "Sicko."
Emma left the club where she found the "Sicko" holding her drugged brother. She was able to use her telepathic powers to cause the man to feel a tremendous pain in his head. Then Emma's father approached them. The "Sicko" got in his car and drove away, leaving Christian with Emma.
