Captain America went to Mount Sinai Hospital to check up on his former girlfriend Peggy Carter. She had been taken there after being seriously injured in an attack by two National Force members. When Captain America arrived at the hospital, the hefty nurse at the desk on Peggy's floor explained that Carter had been moved an hour ago. But the nurse refused to tell Cap where Peggy had been moved to.

Showing his Avengers priority ID card did not help. The nurse cited patient confidentiality policies. Captain America basically flirted with the nurse, speaking softly to her while touching her chin. He told her: "Oh, now surely you can make this one little exception... for me? It'll be our little secret."

The nurse relented, saying: "Oo-hoo-hoo! Wellllll, maybe but just for you!

The nurse looked up Peggy Carter's release information, and told Captain America that Carter had been released to the care of a private physician: "Doctor Steven Rogers."

(Captain late learns that his look-alike William Burnside has been posing as as "Steven Rogers" again, and took Peggy while working for Dr. Faustus.)
