Raymond "Red" Reddington told Agent Elizabeth Keen of the FBI that terrorist leader Ranko Zamani planned to kidnap Beth Ryker, the daughter of General Daniel Ryker of the U.S. military. Keen led a group of FBI agents to the dance studio where Beth was in the middle of a ballet class. A dance instructor whose name was not identified (played by actress Alexandra Milne) led Beth and the other FBI agents to the room in the dance studio where young Beth was in a class. The instructor told Beth: "Beth, sweetie, this lady needs to with you."
Keen then pulled Beth out of her class and left the studio, intending to take her to a safe place.
