Justice (Tensen) encountered witnessed a drug deal in Los Angeles while he was working as chief of security for club owner Reggie Wyschoff. The drug dealer tried to escape Justice, but Justice stopped him with one of his shields.
The customer took the drug and turned into a raving monster with enhanced strength. The monstrous drug user battled Justice, who ultimately was forced to kill him using his "sword hand."
Justice interrogated the drug dealer and found out that he had obtained the strange drug from Peter Markham, son of notorious drug dealer Andrew Markham.
