Suzie was one of Andrew Markham's many women, among the drugged out women who were in his home when Justice went there to confront him. Suzie took a pill (a dangerous drug that the Markhams had been selling on the streets) and it made her into a lunatic. She killed two people with a knife before Justice confronted her her. Justice stopped her by pushing her into the pool.
When Justice turned around, he saw that Andrew Markham was dead and his son, Peter Markham, was seriously injured and barely breathing. It was not Suzie who hurt the Markhams. They were attacked by Maximus Argath, a super-powered agent of Damon Conquest.
