Mrs. Marston was a wealthy widow who lived in a mansion Empire City. The notorious gangster known as the Buzzard went to Mrs. Marston's mansion, along with many member of his gang. The Buzzard threatened Mrs. Marston with torture in order to force her to change her will and make him her beneficiary.

Fortunately for Mrs. Marston, the hero known as "Manhunter" (Park Kirk) escaped (after the Buzzard's game had captured him and tied him up). Manhunter incapacitated the Buzzard's gang and then captured the Buzzard himself.

Of course, this meant that Mrs. Marston was fee. She did not need to leave her fortune to the Buzzard in her will.
