Barnaby Wade was a powerful telepath who lived in Riverdale. The arch-villain Yellow Claw used a powerful drug known as "Vitamin X" to control Wade's mind. Yellow Claw called Wade "The Thought Master" and forced the drugged telepath to do his bidding.
Fortunately, Yellow Claw's nefarious plot was thwarted by Jimmy Woo. Woo rescued Wade from Yellow Claw.
