When Fritz Krotze, owner and CEO of Krotze International, returned to his Beacon Hill home after a confrontation with Jenny Swensen, he found that Steel Hawk, an agent from the Club, was waiting for him. Krotze was a member of the Club (a nefarious, mysterious cartel of terrorists and arms dealers). Steel Hawk told Krotze that his butler, Davis, was indisposed, and that the Club was not pleased with him (Krotze).
Did Steel Hawk kill Krotze's butler Davis? Or did he simply incapacitate him or knock him out or tie him up or something? Given how ruthless Steel Hawk is later shown to be, it is quite possible that Steel Hawk killed Davis in order to have him completely out of the way when he dealt with Krotze.
