Lori Grimes: "No, Rick. I'm pregnant."
Note: Rick sees Lori leave the campfire, looking upset. He approaches her, asks what is wrong, and learns for the first time that she is pregnant (with the baby who will eventually be born and named Judith.
The Walking Dead #8 (May 2004): "Miles Behind Us, Part 2", pages 1-3, 7, 19:
(pg. 1) Rick: "Pregnant? How long?"
Lori: I don't know... A week... Two. My periods haven't been regular since the beginning. All this stress I suppose."
Rick: "Are you sure?"
Lori: "I'm sure. I know exactly what it feels like. No doubt in my mind-- I'm pregnant."
Rick: "What are we going to do?"
Lori: "I'm asking YOU." [much more]

Lori: "No. Morning sickness... It's coming at me full force today. I don't--" [Lori rushes to bathroom, covering her mouth with her hand] Lori: "Ulp!"
Carl: "Mom throwing up again?"
Rick: "Yep."
Carl: "Oh."
