Old Testament (750 B.C.): "Isaiah":
Isaiah 14:23 (ASV): "I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith Jehovah of hosts."
Note: The word "porcupine" is used twice in Isaiah and once in Zephaniah in the World English Bible and American Standard Version, but the animal referred to is probably a hedgehog.
