Brian Sanders: "You know I love you, right?"
Ellen Sanders: "Of course."
Brian: "I'm having an affair... with Samantha."
Ellen: "Samantha? The woman you work with? ...Why are you telling me this?"
Brian: "Because I want to do the right thing..""
Note: Samantha appears in scene with Brian at his work place, telling him of her plans for them to spend a weekend together in Miami. Later Brian tells his wife about the affair.
Hostages - Season 1, Episode 5 (21 Oct. 2013): "Truth and Consequences":
Ellen Sanders: "You thought if you told me about Samantha, you could make me hate you, and then I would just go."
Brian Sanders: "Yeah. Yeah."
Ellen: "You hurt me, Brian. But when he shot you, I couldn't just walk away. You're my husband. We're a family."
Brian: "I'm so sorry."
Note: Samantha had dinner date with Brian Sanders, but he doesn't show up (because he was shot by Duncan). She texts him. He leaves her message. But she does not appear in episode.
