...forcing... Alpha Flight to bring him in... Held in the same government facility [presumably a Department H facility], the super-villain Rhino escaped his bonds, unleashing a destructive whirlwind in his wake. The damage freed Juggernaut, but instead of joining Rhino in the rampage, he brought the Rhino down and returned to his captors.
