This publication is also known as: Tangled Web: The Thousand #1; Spider-Man's Tangled Web #1 or Spider-Man's Tangled Web: The Thousand #1. Based on how the logo appears on the cover, the title of this publication looks like it should be Tangled Web: The Thousand #1, but most sources identify the title as Spider-Man's Tangled Web #1 (probably because this how the title appears in the indicia and/or solicitations. One could theoretically contemplate this title: Spider-Man's Tangled Web: The Thousand #1. But after the initial three-issue story arc "The Thousand," the logo changes to reflect a new story arc. so this is an unusual instance in which the true title of a series is not really evident on the logo, but the logo emphasizes the title of the current story arc.
