This comic was reprinted from: Blue Beetle (vol. 5) #1 (June 1967): "Bugs the Squids".
This is the first of a short-lived two-issue series published by "Modern Comics." (This was a temporary imprint of Charlton.) The two issues feature previously published stories from the previous Blue Beetle series (starring Ted Kord). The only issues printed were issue #s 1 and 3. An issue #2 was never printed.
