Reporter Rob Chaplik goes to Paris Island to interview the street gang Blood Syndicate. We are introduced to Brickhouse, Wise Son, Flashback, DMZ, Tech-9, Fade, Holocaust and Masquerade as Rob follows the Syndicate on a raid of a crack house. We see Flashback steal some crack to smoke.
