This publication is also known as: Daredevil and the Black Widow #95. This issue may also be identified as Daredevil and the Black Widow #95, which is how the logo appears on the cover.

In Deadly Foes of Spider-Man issue #s 1-3, a maximum high-security prison located in the New York City area is featured. It is known as the "Tombs" and houses super-villains such as Boomerang, Demogoblin, and Shocker. In Daredevil (vol. 1) #95, Man-Bull escapes from the high-security facility he had been incarcerated in since last being defeated by Daredevil. It is not entirely clear if the facility Man-Bull escaped from in this issue is the Tombs, but some sources report that it is.
