Payback faces off with Icon and Rocket. Rocket chases after Payback as Icon saves the mayor from terrorists. Payback drops some hints that the Big Bang was a set up (implicates the Mayor). Icon arrests Payback and promises to investigate the Big Bang. Icon tells Raquel that she is pregnant.
