Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=135&):

Curtis is deciding whether or not to go after Alva directly. He has a heart-to-heart with Barraki about what he is doing as Hardware. So Curtis faces off with Alva as Harware. Alva tries to bring Hardware to his side. Hardware breaks Alva's leg and promises to take his organization down piece by piece. We learn that Alva is the leader of the Indigo Cell in the S.Y.S.T.E.M. organization as he calls for reinforcements.
