The Syndicate interrogates Oro and they scare him pretty bad. We meet Carlos Quinones, a pushy school counselor. Fade talks to his uncle and hires him to rebuild the Factory (Blood Syndicate's home). Brickhouse gets a make-over. Masquerade and Fade face-off about their secrets. We hear about out-of-control roaches from the rats. Finally Carlos Quinones gets attacked by spurned student, Bubba Brown.
