Todd Loomis (young Icon fan) witnesses Icon take down some street thugs with hi-tech weapons he feels inspired. He does find out some information and tries to tell Rocket, who ignores him. Todd eventually tips off Icon. Icon stops the flow of weapons and save Todd who writes a school report about his experiences.
