Superboy appears with Fred Bentson in Dakota and they meet Rocket. Bentson explains his skipping between the cities of Metropolis and Dakota. Superboy and Rocket fight some power drainers and other beings created by Bentson. Icon meets them and saves everybody. They take Bentson to Alva and send Superboy home.
