Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=207&):
Raquel's friend, Darnice, officially takes on the mantel of the Rocket. Arnus returns home to the Cooperative as a celebrity. Arnus is greeted by Arnus II, a clone of himself. Raquel is searching for a new Icon. Static, DMZ and Harware don't work out, so they settle for Buck Wild. Raquel saves Buck Wild from some of Sweetstick Max's hos. Buck Wild officially dons the mantel of Icon. Rocket II (Darnice) defeats Sweetstick Max and his Ho Hordes. We see a foreboding figure move towards earth.
