Holocaust forces the undercover cop Harm to join his organization by kicking his ass. Harm tells Hardware to back him up if he gets killed by Holocaust. Raquel returns home and sees her baby; takes care of a mugger, too. Augustus reclaims his home and tells everyone that he back. Raquel's friends through her a surprise birthday party for turning 16. Static interrupts though with a report that Bubbasauras is tearing up the waterfront looking for Rocket. As she leaves Raquel catches Darnice and Noble kissing.
