Summary from now-defunct webpage at

Harm and Hardware meet with Icon to inform him of the power move that Pyre is making in organized crime. Icon learns that Rocket is undercover in the new Blood Syndicate. Pyre sends the Blood Syndicate to do their first assignments. Rocket gets the task of guarding Flashback who is hopelessly addicted to crack. Rocket is determined to help her. Pyre holds a meeting of the coalition and informs him that he is now in control of Dakota and will be taking a bigger cut in the money. The Blood Syndicate help him back his power move. Milton St. Cloud is forced to leave Dakota and Pyre reclaims the name of Holocaust.
