Icon faces Oblivion as he tries to save lives. Governor Winter calls Mayor Jefferson to pressure her concerning Icon backing Utopia Park. Oblivion and Icon continue their battle. Rocket recovers to save Icon's life. Icon finally neutralizes Oblivion and he is taken away by Space Police. Icon meets Amistad for the first time and finds out about Utopia Park from Mayor Jefferson. Arnus II tells Arnus to stay on Earth and the outcome of Utopia Park will help evaluate the status of Earth. Raquel gets evicted because of the Utopia Park.
