Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=150&):
We learn the origin of Rift (Fred Benton) who was created by Alva and Hazard. Now Alva and Hazard agree to work together to defeat Rift. We see Hardware set Transit free. And Hazard recruits Steel to help them. Hardware and Steel work together to create a displacement weapon. Hardware and Steel battle over whether to kill Rift or not.
