Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=156&):

We see Alva and Curtis run from a new Crimson Systematic. Alva eventually defeats the Systematic only to find Preston Dawes at the controls. Preston Dawes is being manipulated by Milton St. Cloud. Preston loses his legs during the confrontation. Alva helps Preston's recovery and gets revenge on the people that used Preston's research against him.
