Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=138&):

Hardware confronts Deathwish with him being the actual hooker killer. Deathwish doesn't have any recollection of killing the prostitutes. Deathwish has a breakdown and tell Hardware of his origin. He was the victim of a brutal family raping of which only he survived. Deathwish realizes that he has been severely scarred by his problems and surrenders to Hardware and the police. This makes Hardware think of his own vigilante methods.
