The Syndicate takes out the last crackhouse on Doran Road. Kwai is wounded by a relative of Wise Son. At the Garden Station, Templo is revived by Mom's scientists. Mom sends Agent Rose to retrieve Blood Syndicate. Kwai goes into a healing cocoon. Masquerade steals the money from the Syndicate, which has a punishment of the death penalty. Oro is picked up by the S.Y.S.T.E.M.
