We are introduced to the Soul Breaker. We see Barton Aygrad (of Long Hot Summer fame) get hired by Brickhouse and Third Rail. Third Rail gets kidnapped by the Soul Breaker. The Syndicate goes hunting for Third Rail and finds that Soul Breaker has taken over his mind.
