Starlight argues with Dharma as he tries to stop her from moving to the Utopia Riot. Mechanic goes to help out at the Utopia Riot. Starlight makes it back to Utopia also. Dharma obtains something called the Geode from S.Y.S.T.E.M. Violet. Dharma hints at a betrayal of the Shadow Cabinet. Shadow Cabinet help out the people involved in the middle of the riot. Dharma sees Plus go to help the others and knows that everyone has betrayed him. Mechanic uses his ability to calm down a lot of the riot. Payback and Donner stage a fight to help calm down the riot. Starlight, Iron Butterfly and Catholic Girl help power up a transmitter to help Wise Son talk to the crowd. Starlight and Payback decide to stay in Dakota and Dharma threatens Plus. And Red Dog decides to make a move.
